Because WVBC is not linked to any denominational structure or
hierarchy we have formed a group of godly men and women to help
us function as God intends. This group does not operate as
“Bishops” or a “Presbytery”, but as people who are committed to
prayer and holding the Leadership Team accountable to the Word
of God. The group consist of mature Christian leaders and
pastors who are widely respected in evangelical circles. The
members of this Group are not part of the WVBC fellowship in
Canberra.

Parent-Controlled Christian School movement and the World Bible
League. Consuelo has pursued many ministry opportunities
including Bible study leading, women's ministries and serving on
the Boards of local Christian schools. Since their retirement
from full-time ministry they have settled on the Central Coast
where they are involved in their local church. The Baxters have
four adult children and many granddaughters. John has preached

Canberra where Bob serves in children’s ministry and Jenny is
involved in several Women’s Bible Study groups. They are also

their adult children are involved in various forms of Christian

in Canberra. They both love people and have special gifts in
counselling others to remain faithful to God’s Word. Bob has
